Purchases/Payments.
You may purchase items via PAYPAL using VISA, MasterCard, Discover or
PAYPAL Account Transfer. You must sign up with
PAYPAL to complete the transaction. PAYPAL may have
additional disclaimers and requirements that must be met before using
their service.
We will process your order within 5 business
days after
your PAYPAL transaction is confirmed. Tickets will be sent
via US Mail so please ensure your correct mailing address.
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
A $1.50
handling fee will be added to each Ticket or
Flea Market order to cover the cost of postage, envelopes and related
expenses. Transactions involving both Flea Market and Tickets
will only be charged a single $1.50 Fee.
NO FEE
will be charged for payment of
Commercial Invoices.
Peoria Superfest tickets are good the entire
weekend. Everyone 12 and over must have a ticket for entrance
into the event. Tickets purchased at the gate are $8.00
Outdoor Flea Market Space are assigned as
purchased. Each space is 20 ft x 20 ft. Cost is $5.00 for EACH space.
No Flea Market space reservations are made without payment.
Advanced Flea Market &
Ticket purchases will be available on-line through 9/05/2010 to allow enough time
for processing and delivery. There is no will call service
available!
All sales are final; No refunds in
event of inclement weather or other man made or natural events beyond
our control.
Information provided will only be used in
conjunction with the Peoria Superfest or other events sponsored or
presented by The Peoria Area Amateur Radio Club. We will not
sell or distribute your information to other organizations.
